Enterprise 203 Ltd. is moving forward and all the 14 units will be ready for habitation at the end of august, only one unit is waiting for a construction permit for a duplex. Featured below are three different housing complexes located in Edmonton and Red Deer. The housing units have one, two and three bedrooms and the rent ranges from $600.00 to $800.00 for each unit, a damage deposit is required and the tenancy act regulations apply. Please remember these are not free housing. There are 10 units in Edmonton and 6 units in Red Deer. To apply to the post secondary student housing in Edmonton and Red Deer you must be an O'Chiese First Nation post secondary student. As you can see these are gorgeous and beautiful housing units please keep them that way. O'Chiese First Nation is the owner of the housing units and it is our investment. The leadership thought well of you as students to enable the completion of your educational goals, they expect and are pleased that you are willing to respect your rental unit by keeping it clean and unmarked. Rent is due on the first day of every month as stated in the tenancy act regulations.
